Delete Your Account
You can delete your Pofide account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Choose the method that fits you.
1. In-App (fastest)
Web: login → Dashboard → Account → Delete Account. Mobile: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Confirm with your password (or Google/Apple re-auth). Your session will end and you will be logged out.
2. Via Web Request (without the app)
Email info@pofide.com from your account email with subject "Delete my account". Or submit the form below. We process requests within 30 days (usually 1 business day) and confirm by email.

What gets deleted
Your user profile, credits, subscription status, transaction history, and push tokens. Your documents are already local-only and never stored on our servers, so there is no document data to delete.
Retention after deletion
For fraud prevention (e.g., preventing re-registration abuse), we may keep a one-way hash of your email (SHA-256, irreversible) in a blocklist. No other data is retained. You may object via info@pofide.com.
